FORENSIC DNA TESTING
Forensic samples are used as reference DNA samples, which have to be compared to an actual DNA profile from the person you want the sample to be compared to.
This is a two-step process and each has a separate fee:
- Reference sample (i.e. bone or tooth)
- DNA profile (cheek swab from person compared to)
Examples of forensic samples which are commonly submitted for testing include:
- Dried blood stains (e.g. dried blood on bandages, on tissue, cotton, or paper)
- Dried underwear stains (i.e. stains on underwear, pads, tampons, diapers)
- Dried semen stains (i.e. stains on tissue, underwear)
- Dried saliva stains (i.e. cigarette butts, gum, hard candy, stamps, stains on clothing or napkins, )
- Hair (hair works very well if it is plucked directly from the head. Hair which has fallen off natural on hair brushes or pillows may work but is not as good as freshly plucked hair. Cut hair will not work. Hair must have the follicle – the white bulb at the end of the hair.)
- Razors shavings from electric razor
- Bone, teeth, tissue (from deceased individual)
INFIDELITY DNA TESTING
Have you ever wondered whether your partner in life is being unfaithful to you and may be having an affair? Are you too embarrassed to confront him or her and want to make sure that you have scientific proof before you do?
Is there a way? YES there is. DNA is your answer. DNA has advanced so exponentially that it is able to determine this. Our affiliated lab is a highly accredited forensic lab with state-of-the-art technology to help you find out the truth! Just like those in sophisticated crime scenes.
Well it's not too hard to do and is 99.999% accurate. You are probably asking yourself how this is done.
Very simple: a sample of DNA that is left behind after sexual intercourse. Male DNA will remain in the vaginal cavity for up to 72 hours and indefinitely on a dried garment. And this will give you the answer you are inquiring about.
This procedure is confidential and accurate.
All you have to do is call our office and speak to one of the trained Infidelity Case Managers, and you will be guided through the steps to follow.
Here is a brief description of those steps so you will have an idea of what you will be discussing with the Infidelity Case Manager.
There are some special steps that are very important. For example, never place the garment or sample in a plastic bag. It is best to put it in a paper bag.
Our Infidelity Case Managers are fully bilingual so we can help you.
