WELCOME TO MVP TESTING THE WORLD'S LEADING DNA TESTING CORPORATION

Sometimes Immigration DNA Testing is needed when documents, such as birth records, school records or other documents, are not available or are not sufficient as proof of relationship when an Immigration Visa (I-130) is in process. In situations like this, a DNA test is required by USCIS or by the US Embassy as proof of genetic relationship (DNA), or when a US Citizen (N-600) has a child abroad and has to prove the paternity to grant that child the United States Citizenship.

We will work with you during the process of coordinating sample-taking for both the petitioner and beneficiary, lab process and final reports, providing you the expertise of our Partner AABB Accredited lab per the guidelines of Homeland Security.

Our specialized Immigration Case Managers have worked for decades with immigration agencies, petitioners and beneficiaries throughout the United States and around the world. They are therefore qualified to grant you the expertise you need in such a sensitive situation as your immigration process and in the particular case of your and your family's DNA process. This gives you peace of mind, knowing that your case is being handled by experts who will provide you with all the support you need in this stressful step.

How this is done is very easy:

  • A kit is sent to the Embassy requesting the DNA. The Embassy will contact the "beneficiary" for an appointment or assign a site for their collection to be taken.

  • An appointment will be scheduled with the party in the United States at a convenient site and time. Mobile collections are available in special cases. This means that you do not have to travel to your country of origin to have this test done, cutting down on unnecessary expenses.

  • As soon as the DNA samples are collected for both parties "overseas and in the United States", they are processed at the lab, usually taking 2 working days for the results.

  • The client is notified first of the results and then originals are shipped to the requesting immigration agency directly from the lab. Copies are given to the client for their records along with tracking confirmation of delivery. This way you are aware of all the steps taken.

What do we need to get this started?
  • Copy of the petition documentation with the immigration case number and names of the parties involved.

  • Contact numbers of all parties involved

  • Your authorization for us to start helping you!

In cases where the "father" is deceased, the child can be tested against an uncle, aunt or even a grandparent and still receive their "American Citizenship" (prior written request from officer in charge of case is required).
